Sep 26, 2016 Windows 10 + BOSE Quietcomfort 35 - do not work I got new BOSE Quietcomfort 35. I managed to connect it via BT to my DELL computer. QC35 went to the pairing process and I clicked pair on the PC the headphones read back the name of the PC and then the QC.

Have you tried connecting another headphone on your PC to make sure that the port is working properly?
what port are you referring to? I have tried with the Motorola buds which are also Bluetooth and they work just fine, also i have my mouse using Bluetooth without issues.
Do you get any error message when using your headset?
No, in fact im not able to use it. Windows is recognizing the headphones but not displaying it as a sound deveice
Run the fix it for hardware devices and check if you will still encounter the same issue.

Same result, im able to see the bluetooth device on the control devices but not able to reproduce any sound. And if i check the connection from the headphones is like is not connected to the laptop.
